Halloween will be celebrated next Friday, 10/31.  Students may dress in appropriate costumes, nothing too scary or sexualized please!

Next Thursday, 10/30, will be a minimum day and students will be leaving by 12:00.  They will be fed their lunch before leaving.

We will also have a minimum day on the following Thursday, 11/6, and students will also be leaving by 12:00.

Tri-term exams will be the week of 11/3-7th and report cards will be distributed by 11/14.

School will be closed on Monday, 11/10, and Tuesday, 11/11 (Veteran's Day)

School will also be closed for one week for Thanksgiving from 11/24-28th. 

 

Halloween se celebrará el próximo viernes, 31/10. ¡Los estudiantes pueden vestirse con disfraces apropiados, nada demasiado aterrador ni sexualizado, por favor! El próximo jueves, 30/10, será un día de salida mínima y los estudiantes se irán a las 12:00. Recibirán su almuerzo antes de irse. También tendremos un día de salida mínima el jueves siguiente, 6/11, y los estudiantes también se irán a las 12:00. Los exámenes del trimestre serán la semana del 3 al 7/11 y las boletas de calificaciones se repartirán antes del 14/11. La escuela estará cerrada el lunes 10/11 y el martes 11/11 (Día de los Veteranos). La escuela también estará cerrada una semana por el Día de Acción de Gracias, del 24 al 28/11.

 

Dear Guardians and Students, Dubnoff will participate in Spirit Week during the week of October 27th-October 31st 2025. This is a fun and optional event. The school dress code still applies.

Monday- October 27th- Decades Theme- Come dressed as a person from any decade of your choice up to the year 2010.

Tuesday- October 28th- Toony Tuesday- Come dressed in or with a Cartoon/Anime/Comic costume or shirt.

Wednesday- October 29th- Sports- Come dressed in your favorite team colors, apparel etc.

Thursday- October 30th- Movie Day-- Come dressed in your favorite appropriate movie gear. (ex. Star Wars, Despicable Me, Minecraft)

Friday-Come dressed in your best and most creative costume (SCHOOL POLICIES APPLY) This is an optional event. There will be prizes awarded for the most creative. School Dress code policies will still be enforced.

Our report cards for the first 6 weeks of school were excellent.  49% of our students made the honor roll.  Congratulations to students and staff.

El código de vestimenta de la escuela sigue vigente.Lunes 27 de octubre - Tema de décadas: Vengan vestidos como una persona de cualquier década de su elección hasta el año 2010.Martes 28 de octubre - Martes de caricaturas: Vengan vestidos con un disfraz o camiseta de caricatura, anime o cómic.Miércoles 29 de octubre - Deportes: Vengan vestidos con los colores, ropa o accesorios de su equipo favorito.Jueves 30 de octubre - Día de películas: Vengan vestidos con su atuendo de película favorito y apropiado (por ejemplo, Star Wars, Mi villano favorito, Minecraft).Viernes 31 de octubre - Vengan con su disfraz más creativo y mejor (SE APLICAN LAS POLÍTICAS ESCOLARES). Este es un evento opcional. Habrá premios para los disfraces más creativos. Las políticas del código de vestimenta de la escuela seguirán aplicándose.Nuestros boletines del primer período escolar fueron excelentes. El 49% de nuestros estudiantes logró el cuadro de honor.
